I Love Yogi

  • I decide to give a test to yoga during my stay in mysuru, because of my girlfriend who was practicing yoga for few years, sandeep was suggested to me as he is authorized by sharat, and after 1 month and practicing 6 days per week i already feel difference in my body , i am flexible, i am more strong, and i am pretty happy for this opportunity and i will keep practicing yoga.

  • i have joined sandeeps yoga class since 2 months, initially i had back pain and could not even bend properly or go down, but now after 2 months i am really happy to say that i can easly touch the ground and even my back pain has reduced and i have lost about 3 to 4 kgs. i would like thank sandeep alot for that.

  • It's a good place for Yoga. It's worth the amount. Instructors are friendly and really co-operative. It's out of the city crowd and pollution. The environment is appreciably nice and situated in a locality that has the best environment for yoga and fitness. If you have interest in any of these activities, it's a place must to visit and have a great experience.
